Main Tasks / Duties / Responsibilities:

• Design a wide range of digital and print-ready materials
• Carry out comprehensive research in order to plan and present a number of digital concepts, in line with project requirements
• Approach every project with creative ambition, regularly communicating ideas and initiatives
• Estimate completion times and maintain design schedule by adhering to deadlines and prioritising workload efficiency
• Liaise with internal teams/project owners and use feedback to develop final drafts
• Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work
• Print & prepare marketing materials for distribution
• Ensure completed projects, promotional images and sourced files are accessible by management / team members
• Liaise closely with the E&P Manager to ensure brand consistency, unique to each venue
• Test designs across various platforms and social media channels
• Complete projects by liaising with external agencies when necessary
• Update social media channels and scheduling content when applicable
• Updating screen content within multiple venues and keeping track of materials advertised
• Designing and editing Websites when required
• Monitor stock levels of materials & supplies
• Monitor business objectives, market position, and competition within the industry
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work
• Familiarity with content management systems and web design principle
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Salary:

£17,000.00 per year
