As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced designer to join our creative team on a part-time fully remote basis.

Job Description

The ideal candidate for our part-time designer role will have a background in merchandising, graphic design, and/or creative direction, with an interest in fashion’s latest trends. Must be able to collaborate effectively and professionally with both clients and internal teams. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client’s brand, merchandise needs and preferences.
• Work with the rest of the team to create on-trend designs.
• Bring those concepts to life in collection lookbooks and mockups.
• Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
• Translate those designs into tech packs for production.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are understood and executed properly.

Qualifications:

• Experience in merchandising, graphic design, and/or creative direction. A plus if you have experience with screen printing, DTG, embroidery.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• A keen eye for fashion trends and the ability to incorporate them into compelling designs.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to meet deadlines with tight turnarounds.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Ability to present and discuss design concepts effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
