Description:

We are looking for an innovative and creative Jr. Graphic Designer to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who loves to create beautiful designs and wants to develop their skills within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. As a Jr Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with the team to design and execute high-quality graphic content for various print, digital and online projects. You should have a strong eye for detail and a passion for design. If you are an eager and motivated individual looking for a great opportunity, we want to hear from you!

Jr Graphic Designer Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with project teams on visual and graphic needs for deliverables, presentations, webinars, charts, workshops and more
  • Design within PowerPoint and assist in organizing PowerPoint content
  • Develop and maintain templates
  • Create graphics, icons and other designs using various design software
  • Use and maintain an image library
  • Design and prepare various print jobs and swag (reports, invites, flyers, banners)
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Able to work independently, prioritize accordingly, and iterate quickly

Requirements:

Jr Graphic Designer Job Requirements:

  • Proven graphic design experience
  • Knowledge and skill with design software and technologies (including Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro)
  • Strong PowerPoint design skills and proficient with other MS Office products (Word, Excel)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
  • The position is NOT remote and will require regular attendance during the Company hours of operation.
