Contract: Part Time

Schedule

Expect to work approximately 20 hours a week. Work can be from home, but at times you will be required to come into the office for meetings, etc.

Job Description

• Manage and grow all social media sites: Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok
• Keep photos updated on our Google Business page and watch/respond to reviews
• Report weekly on social site activity
• Understand and work on branding
• Keep photos on website fresh and up to date
• Work with photographers and wedding party to obtain pictures/video
• Promote annual bridal open house
• Attend bridal open house to get content and help out
• Coordinate styled shoot inquiries

Preferred Skills

• Experience in marketing, promotions and social media
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media and web/mobile technology
• Knowledge of Google analytics
• Very detail-oriented

Education/Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of Google Docs and Sheets
• Knowledge of Dropbox
• Familiarity with social media channels including, but not limited to; Facebook, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok

Website

• Maintain pictures and changes needed to websites
• Blog posts/Featured weddings

Brochures

• Work with Marketing Team to create all brochures/print work

Google+

• Manage reviews- email past weddings for reviews, reply to reviews on google, wedding wire etc
• Add pictures
• Keep up on analytics and trends

YouTube

• Feature weddings with video from weddings

Pictures in General

• Getting pictures from photographers
• Posting selected pictures from weddings for social media

Salary

$20.00 per hour
