Graphic Designer is needed in Colchester, United Kingdom.

Client: Sell Beyond

Location: East Bergholt, United Kingdom

Contract: Full Time, Part Time

What we’re looking for

  • You love graphic design and you’re experienced with B2C ecommerce companies and products

Concept and create eye-catching B2C brand identities for Amazon, from scratch if necessary, creating clear brand guidelines to support their implementation.

Develop visually striking and effective designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to Amazon infographics, social media, email campaigns, print collateral, and Amazon advertisements.

Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and client specifications.

Continuously push the boundaries of design creativity while maintaining a strong focus on user experience and messaging effectiveness on Amazon.

Update the website and upload social media posts when needed.

  • You’re interested in other people’s ideas and get excited about delivering great content

Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.

Present design concepts and ideas to clients and incorporate their feedback to achieve the desired outcome.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and design expertise.

What you’ll be doing

  • Help our customers create a memorable and effective brand presence on Amazon, and enable them to sell more products to more people
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, marketers, and commercial, to ensure design assets align with overall commercial goals.
  • Oversee the Sell Beyond Marketing and Design collateral shared library and maintaining a clear and accessible filing system and archive for the organisation’s use.
  • Production of spec sheets, user guides, sales presentations
  • Own the organic traffic performance dashboard, ensuring it is up to date. Liaise with the Amazon project manager to ensure the UX for all activity is optimised and seamless
  • Assist with email marketing and social media scheduling and data cleaning
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on all design assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards
  • Make revisions and improvements as necessary to meet client expectations.
  • Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Continuously improve design skills and techniques through training and professional development.

What you’ll bring

  • You’re confident running a consultative design process. Prior B2C ecommerce or Amazon experience will help to get you off to a flying start
  • You have proven B2C branding and marketing skills
  • You’ve experience in short video editing (e.g. for PPC or social media)
  • You’re confident with Adobe and Canva
  • You are a great writer and craft concise, compelling messages that drive people to act
  • You have excellent client-facing manner, and are confident talking to people about their design requirements
  • You are highly organised - staying on top of multiple actions and follow-ups comes naturally to you and you like to do things well
  • You have a strong desire to learn and to help your teammates grow
  • You are impact driven and motivated to make a real difference in the world

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
