Role Summary:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Content Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, content creation, and a passion for personal care and beauty products. This role will be instrumental in shaping the visual and content-driven aspects of our brand as we continue to expand and innovate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Management: Develop and oversee a content strategy that aligns with the company’s goals. This includes content for product packaging, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and other brand materials.
• Design Oversight: Collaborate with the graphic design team to ensure all visuals are in line with brand guidelines and overall content strategy.
• Market Research: Stay updated with the latest industry trends to create content that resonates with our target audience and stands out in the market.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure all content is cohesive, relevant, and effectively supports business objectives.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance. Use insights to refine strategies and ensure content meets KPIs.
• Brand Voice Maintenance: Ensure that all content, whether visual or textual, reflects and strengthens the brand voice and identity of Golecha Naturals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content strategy and creation, preferably in the personal care or beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of design principles and visual storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in digital content platforms and analytics tools.
