About usWeLaunch Marketing provides digital marketing services including paid ads, email marketing, website development, SEO and more to various industries including ecommerce (apparel and food).

We are a close knit team that works hard, delivers results, but isn’t overbearing and we have fun along the way! (Monthly company lunches if you’re local, free starbucks giftcards, very flexible work schedule as long as you get your work done)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics for various digital and print materials
• Design and produce engaging social media content, including images, videos, and animations
• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials
• Create eye-catching designs for websites, landing pages, and email campaigns
• Collaborate with copywriters to create visually appealing layouts that effectively communicate the desired message
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design

Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout design
• Proficiency in email marketing design and strategy specifically in ecommerce with usage of Klaviyo
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Experience in photography or photo editing or video editing is a plus
