Job Summary:

Full Tilt Studio is seeking a skilled and motivated Part-Time Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engage the audience, and drive traffic. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about social media trends and has a deep understanding of different platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Work with the photography and video production team to develop creative and engaging social media content, including text posts, images, and videos, to promote the brand and products/services.
  • Platform Management: Manage and update social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Audience Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, and foster a sense of community around the brand.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, reach a wider audience, and drive engagement.
  • Monitoring and Analytics: Monitor social media trends, track user engagement, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies as needed. Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
  • Brand Consistency: Work with our internal Creative Director to ensure all social media content aligns with the brand voice, guidelines, and visual standards.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Stay Updated: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and apply this knowledge to the role.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and the ability to develop original content.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and generate reports.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
  • Time management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Marketing or Communications degree (or relevant field) is preferred.

Working Hours:

This is a part-time position, with flexible working hours and location. The candidate is expected to work approximately 15-20 hours per week, with the possibility of increased hours during special campaigns or events.

Compensation:

Based on experience - $20 - $28 hourly.
