Responsibilities:

• Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm changes, ensuring our social media content remains fresh and relevant.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) with a focus on aesthetic appeal and user engagement.
• Foster relationships with influencers and collaborate on partnerships to amplify brand reach.
• Manage and grow our presence on TikTok, leveraging trends and creating content that resonates with our target audience.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve key objectives.
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and personably.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of TikTok trends and an ability to create engaging content tailored to the platform.
• Strong understanding of skincare and beauty trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly creative, with an eye for design and a passion for storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
• Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for fostering online communities.
