The Marketing team is looking for an energetic, detail-orientated, creative and passionate person who is able to think on their feet, isnt afraid of a challenge, and who thrives under a bit of pressure. We are a dedicated bunch of marketers who are constantly looking at ways to elevate our brand purpose of leaving our world a better place than we found it. &Beyond is looking for a Mid-weight Graphic Designer for a 6-month contract with potential to become permanent. KEY OUTPUTS: The ability to work in tandem with copywriters, Brand Managers, PR/Market managers and outsourced design agency to develop brand-aligned, digital and printed collateral pieces - brochures, flyers, ads, e-invites, tradeshow show stands, event related branded pieces, maps, icons, infographics, retail products etc Have oversight over all branded elements created by the greater Marketing team and ensure the ongoing consistency of &Beyond branding based on the CI and previously created items. QUALIFICATION… REQUIRED: Degree in Graphic Design preferred KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Adobe CC essential (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Advantage : Adobe XD, After Effects, Premier Pro SKILLS REQUIRED: At least 3 years experience in Graphic Design Design-driven portfolio with cleanly designed, professional examples Experience in the creation of event collateral (tradeshow stands, banners) as well as designs for the digital space (electronic banners, electronic mailers) Demonstrable competencies such as team work, creative problem solving, flexibility, results driven, interpersonal skills (oral, listening, influencing) Good knowledge of printing processes and the ability to produce print-ready artwork PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Meticulous attention to detail Good communicator able to express your needs / difficulties in order to complete a project. Planning, organization and time management - able to think ahead and prioritise activities so as to meet deadlines. Resilience - strong ability to cope under pressure.
