About Us: We are a local donut shop with a passion for crafting delicious treats that bring joy to our community! Our owners have a deep understanding and extensive experience in building social media presence for digital brands. However, due to time constraints, we are seeking a dedicated and creative Contract Social Media Manager to take charge of our social media platforms and help us develop the foundation/baselines for growth. Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase our online presence, engagement, and brand awareness. Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and captions, to showcase our delicious donuts and highlight our unique offerings. Audience Engagement: Interact with our followers, respond to comments, messages, and feedback promptly, and foster a sense of community around our brand. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the performance of posts, campaigns, and overall social media presence. Make data-driven decisions to improve our strategy. Collaboration: Coordinate with our owners to align social media efforts with our branding and marketing goals. Share insights, ideas, and progress updates regularly. Qualifications: Strong passion for social media and digital marketing. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic photography and video editing skills. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.). Ability to work independently and take ownership of the social media project. High school or college student interested in gaining marketing experience.
