Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and talented Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for graphic design, and while a bachelor’s degree is not required, some college education in graphic design or a related field is preferred. This role offers flexibility in working hours, making it suitable for students or those looking for part-time opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop visually engaging graphics for various purposes, including marketing materials, social media content, presentations, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in design elements and branding across all platforms and materials.
• Work closely with the marketing team to adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
• Communicate progress and any challenges to the team to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Creative Input: Provide creative input and suggestions for design concepts, layouts, and visual elements.
• Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
• Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Stay updated on the latest design tools and technologies.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to design projects.

Qualifications:

• Education: Some college education in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, either through professional work or a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Familiarity with both print and digital design.
• Skills: Proficient in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and versatility.
• Flexibility: Ability to work part-time hours with a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
