Role Overview:

• Collaborative team environment. No direct client engagement - will work directly with client-facing project managers within the team.
• In a cube environment within the marketing section of the office with a MacBook laptop + desktop screen.
• Business casual attire (no light-wash or distressed jeans).
• Open, proactive communication throughout project durations.
• Will be responsible for the layout, design and production activities to produce high-quality presentations, proposals, and other materials needed to support business development and brokerage activities.
• Requires working knowledge of the most current Adobe Creative Suite applications and Microsoft Office.
• Must have the ability to create materials for multiple channels including print and on-screen.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Work with project managers to produce marketing materials in print as well as digital design (ie. Powerpoint, social media, etc.
• The Graphic Designer will work on high-quality presentations, proposals, and other materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Publish.
• Infuse interactivity into materials via animation, creating carousels, using microsite builders, etc.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Fine Arts preferred

Systems/Software Proficiencies:

• Adobe Creative - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Publish, Powerpoint

Top 5 Must have Skills:

• Adobe Creative and Publish
• Microsoft Office
• Superb communication - Ability to communicate to broad audiences and be proactive
• Multi-channel marketing (print and on-screen)
• Experiencing working with Business Development teams

Top Nice to Have Skills:

Real Estate industry preferred
