Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Co-Create Overall Social Strategy with Growth Team Management
- Lives and breathes social media. Develop, optimize, and update social media strategy based on current trends and research while continuously looking for new ways to improve social media presence
- Mine for Content to use on social from the following platforms: Podcasts, Live Calls, Live Events, Keynote Speaking Events
- Video and image creation, posting of content, and proper execution of processes
- Execute content creation that will turn followers into evangelists for the brand
- Post on social channels multiple times a day to gain traction to spread brand awareness and drive demand for programs and products
- Answer DMs and Comments on our brand IG page in Brand Voice
- Become an expert in the customer avatar and the voice for the audience, knowing what they want to see, their desires, pain points, and crafting content to speak to these
- Understands how social media builds overall company growth
- Promote podcast on social media to gain new listeners
- Work with Director of Operations on generating overall media marketing plans and media creation for all Product Launches
Who Will Thrive in this Position:
- At least 2 years experience running Social Media account with proven results
- Knowledge of how to run current social media platforms – TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Ability to come up with creative, original copy for headlines and captions
- Understand how to build and maintain an overarching social media strategy that is key to the overarching marketing strategy
- Team player that has experience wearing multiple hats –operating in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and managerial skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be creative, have an acute attention to detail, and be a problem-solver
- Analyze and report on weekly KPIs
- Podcast experience and paid ad experience are a plus!
- Must be based in the US
