What Engaged is Looking For? We are looking for a graphic design support. Someone who will be an integral part of the Engaged team. You will be helping with various daily tasks in the office predominantly graphic design focused. These tasks can range from preparing bespoke website demo’s for potential customers, leaflet design, social media design and prototyping. You will be a central part of the team, helping our customers to maximise the services and products Engaged have to offer. Essential Requirements: · Must be passionate about the creative and design industry. · Understand and demonstrate core design principles and use this understanding to enhance our customers brand. · A desire to work in a fast-paced environment, thinking quickly and problem solving. · A confident, out-going, can do attitude who is organised as well as creative. · An excellent telephone manner, proficient copywriting and strong communication skills will be highly advantageous. · Building strong working relationships with the team. · Being up to date with latest technology is essential and must be proficient across Microsoft and Adobe Packages (particularly XD, photoshop, indesign and illustrator) · You will be a multi-tasker, able to prioritise and take on projects in a calm and focused manner · Must have a visa to work in the UK or European passport. Your role will include: · Graphic design · Print design projects - Leaflets, Brochures, Posters. · Digital Design Projects: Websites, Mobile Apps, Display Screens. · Email marketing design and campaigns. · Creating bespoke website demo’s for potential customers, to wow them and convey their brand. · You will be ensuring that all tasks are up to date, keeping up with tight deadlines, taking ownership of these tasks until completion. · Updating and utilising our workflow tools such as Hubspot, Clickup and Google Worksuites, as well as in house tools to deliver projects. · Submitting apps to the relevant mobile app stores with the correct artwork. · Updating website blogs and social media channels with fresh up to date content. · Responding to customers by phone, email or through online platforms. · Customer service: Providing training and support for our clients · Assisting customers with setting up their website and mobile live and helping them achieve the most out of it’s capabilities.
