Job Description

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs
• Work with the content manager to produce the final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Create visually stunning video assets and content
• Collaborate with content manager to best support marketing goals
• Take initiative on projects to over-deliver new and innovative solutions
• Create graphic templates for easy use by other team members and client teams
• Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries

Requirements

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print materials
• Design graphics for social media platforms, email campaigns, and websites
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives
• Conceptualize and design static advertising creatives that captivate and engage target audiences
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing
• Actively contribute to brainstorming and developing creative concepts that support our marketing campaigns
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines while upholding quality standards
