Role Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive and imaginative Creative Digital Engagement Specialist (Virtual Assistant) to lead graphic design tasks, curate engaging social media content, and assist in arranging speaking engagements. Your creative prowess will be instrumental in amplifying our message and enriching our clients’ experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft visually appealing landing pages, lead magnets, and social media assets using Canva, Figma, or similar tools
• Collaborate on design projects to ensure brand consistency and excellence
• Curate, schedule, and engage audiences through compelling social media content
• Research, coordinate, and manage speaking engagements for our team

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in Trello for effective task management and collaboration
• Expertise in graphic design tools such as Canva, Figma, or related software
• Familiarity with MobexPro for seamless event coordination
• Knowledge or willingness to learn AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for content enhancement

Desired Qualities:

• Proactive self-starter with a passion for ownership and initiative
• Friendly and articulate communicator with strong attention to detail

Work Details:

Part-time role: 10 hours per week, project-based assignments

Hourly rate: $5/hour

Working hours: 8 AM to 5 PM CST
