Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time after school Graphic Designer for our Company poster in Vinci STEAM Educations. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts that communicate ideas and inspire consumers. You will develop layouts and designs for advertisements, brochures, magazines, corporate reports, and other visual communications media.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns, and marketing messages.
• Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs.
• Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message.
• Design layouts, including the selection of colors, images, and typefaces.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders or art directors.
• Incorporate changes recommended by clients or art directors into final designs.
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, or related field.
• Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
• An understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest graphic design trends, techniques, and technologies.

• Skills: Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills. Portfolio of work that demonstrates versatility in conceptualizing, designing, and executing visual materials. Ability to work in a team and independently. Exceptional time management skills; ability to meet deadlines. Can use the Canva.
• Language: Prefer Mandarin.
• Job Type: Part-time.
• Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
• Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week.
• Benefits: Flexible schedule.
• Schedule: After school, day shift, evening shift, holidays, Monday to Friday.
• Ability to commute/relocate: Burlington, MA 01803: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
• Experience: Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred), Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred), Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred).
