Job Description

SKINTECH SPA is soon growing for a second location in Mira Vista Fort Worth and looking to hire an Ambitious, Experienced, Motivated Social Media Manager to join the SKINTECH Family. We are a busy body contouring and facial medspa in Mira Vista Fort Worth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
• Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, images, videos, and written posts.
• Manage social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor social media analytics and create reports to track and analyze performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align social media strategy with business objectives.
• Edit video content for social media channels, including but not limited to promotional videos, tutorials, and training videos.
• Stay current with trends and best practices to improve social media strategy and content continually.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media management and video editing
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and metrics to track and analyze performance.

Additional Information

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
• Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 20 per week
