Job Description:
We are an established and exciting Mexican street food chain with multiple locations. We are looking to expand nationally and internationally in the near future. We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our team.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Creating and curating engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos
- Monitoring social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
- Responding to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Analyzing social media data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Photography and filming content is a plus
- Ability to use different software to create graphics, marketing, and advertising materials
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Additional Information:
- Salary: From £10.00 per hour
