Job Description

Modern Innovation Production is looking for a part-time Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and inspirational graphic design and compelling content. Your duties will include developing graphics for printed and digital platforms. This role reports to the Creative Director. This is a remote, contract role.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in graphic design
• Skilled in deploying digital strategies for content via all digital footprints
• Creative thinking and innovation in messaging
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible in adapting and responding to various situations
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to include listening, oral and written expression, presentation, diplomacy, and decision‐making skills
• Proficient in visualization of business processes and KPIs (PowerPoint, etc.)
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
• Time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
• Experience with both print and digital media

Responsibilities

• Design content for printed and marketing digital use
• Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
• Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
• QA design for errors
• Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
• Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Additional Information

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: Remote
