Job Description

- Create visually appealing graphics and designs for various marketing materials, including print and digital media

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies

- Design and produce layouts for advertisements, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials

- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design

- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles

- Experience with web design and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS)

- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch for creating wireframes and prototypes

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

- Excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts

- Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes and materials is a plus

- Experience with CorelDraw or other vector-based design software is a plus

- Art direction skills for photo shoots or video production is a plus

- Familiarity with WordPress or other website development platforms is a plus

Other Information

- This is a part-time position

- Pay range is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

- Expected hours per week: 30

- Benefits include employee discount, flexible schedule, and paid time off

- Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, no weekends

- Ability to relocate to Ishpeming, MI 49849 before starting work is required

- Work location is in-person
