Job Description:

Moksha Records is offering an apprenticeship opportunity to work in the field of Social Media within the Music Business. The apprentice will primarily be responsible for social media and digital marketing of electronic music, including heritage acts catalogue marketing, remixes, and new projects. This involves maintaining major social media platforms, basic website development, playlist promotion on DSPs like Spotify, planning social campaigns for different events, creating social media assets, and collaborating with artists and their teams on social media execution.

Requirements:

• Interested in the music industry and electronic music
• Basic experience in video editing, including making canvases, lyric videos, and syncing music to video
• Experience in running free or paid social media campaigns
• Five GCSEs at Grades A*-C or 9-4, including English and Maths, or a relevant Level 2 Apprenticeship
• Must not be enrolled in university or college elsewhere

Training to be Provided:

In-house mentoring and Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing qualification provided by BCE (employer-funded)

Important Other Information:

• 80% of the time will be spent working at Moksha Records and 20% of the time will be for studying with BCE

Future Prospects:

There is potential for a permanent position post apprenticeship.
