Job Description:
This is an incredible opportunity to produce engaging content for our newly established social network platforms. As the creative force behind W11 Flowers, you’ll be instrumental in bringing our story to life. This dynamic role involves attending different locations in London, such as our shop and client sites to create content, deliver brand storytelling, manage social media channels, and grow our community across our core social media platforms. We’re a small and passionate team that gets a lot done, and we’re looking for someone who will really take the initiative and see things through. You’ll be working with other teams within the business, so it’s important you can form strong relationships, communicate clearly and follow through on commitments.
Requirements:
- Ability to identify and create compelling visual content, being able to edit it in an engaging and premium manner.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with the day-to-day running of all social media platforms ensuring content is posted in line with the plan and managing customer communications, brand, and influencer engagement.
- Copywriting skills for social content, making sure it is aligned with the brand tone of voice and positioning.
- Skills in photography and videography with an acute eye for aesthetics.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - especially Premier Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Ability to identify collaboration and surprise and delight opportunities with consumers, brands, and influencers and manage the implementation.
Specific knowledge, qualifications, skills & experience required:
- At least 1 year in a similar role with experience in scaling social media accounts.
- An interest in floristry.
- Passion for social media and content creation.
- Good design eye and skilled at taking pictures, creating gifs, reels, and videos. You also have good video editing skills and some experience with photo and video editing software.
- Great communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic team player with a genuine passion for social media.

- Salary: Up to £23,843.00 per year
