Job Description:
The Paid Ads Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and reporting each client’s paid media strategy to meet measurable goals. This person must be an expert in META, Google, and TikTok ads. The ideal candidate knows the ins and outs of each advertising platform, is up-to-date on all the best practices, and has a creative eye to work with our creative team to build out campaigns from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Be a direct point of contact with clients for conceptualizing, understanding, executing, and reporting paid campaigns
- Develop, implement, and optimize ad campaigns across Google, META, and TikTok
- Capability to setup accounts from scratch, including but not limited to: creating ad accounts, installing/testing tracking pixels, segmenting audiences, and linking to reporting software
- Run routine audits and optimizations on accounts as needed
- A deep understanding of creatives and being able to offer complex creative guidance
- Work across departments (organic, email, content, creative) to form a cohesive strategy
- Report on campaign performance
Requirements:
- 3+ years managing Google, META, and TikTok ads
- Experience managing client communications and a passion for building relationships, understanding client needs, and reaching measurable goals
- An expertise in paid media but a broad knowledge of how paid ads fit into a larger digital marketing strategy
- A data-driven creative
- A love of marketing and a drive to pitch creative ideas that stand out
- Bonus if you have experience with setting up simple landing pages, automations, and drip email sequences
