Job Description

Moldex, a leading US manufacturer of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), based in West Los Angeles, has an opening in the Marketing Department for a Graphic Designer, on a part-time basis. The responsibilities of this position include executing design updates on product packaging and marketing content as well as the archival of marketing files on Moldex’s internal server and on its digital asset management software.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Design marketing material for packaging and literature, while adhering to the Moldex Brand Guidelines.
• Work closely with 4 color packaging, including display boxes, bags, and labels.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all design projects, ensuring adherence to established brand guidelines and standards.
• Archiving marketing files on Moldex’s internal server as well as on its digital asset management software (Canto).
• Reach agreed-upon targets by the deadline.
• Work with various team members for design or artwork approvals.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to use Adobe software: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
• Ability to use Ziflow (online proofing software).
• Ability to use Canto (digital asset management software).
• Punctual, reliable, and dependable.

Education and Experience

• BA/BFA in Graphic Design, associates in Graphic design or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 to 4 years of experience in graphic design.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Work on-site in Culver City office.
• Own a laptop with Adobe Creative cloud software.
