Job Description

As the Digital Social Media and Marketing Manager at Lanelay Hall, you would be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance the brand’s online presence. This will involve managing social media channels, creating engaging content, running advertising campaigns, and analysing data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years Marketing experience in-house or with an agency
• IT literate: working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe
• Experience of using social channels such as Facebook & Instagram at a business level
• Experience of web analytics – web fingerprints / Google Analytics
• Track record of increasing traffic through Digital Marketing activity while driving improved ROI
• Experience in website management
• Commercially aware
• Strong understanding of social media platforms
• Knowledge of algorithms and search engine optimization
• Experience in SEO techniques, online marketplaces, and email marketing
• Skilled at writing original, high-quality content
• Excellent standard of grammar / spelling
• Attention to detail
• Work well in a team and independently
• Organisational and time management skills
• Willingness to learn

Other Information

• Contract type: Full Time Temporary up to 12 months
• Hours of work: 40 hours per week
• Shift details: 5 days out of 7
• Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
