Job Description

Max&You is seeking a part-time Freelance Graphic Designer (1-2 days per week) to work alongside the in-house graphic design team. The designer will assist with various branding, marketing, and content projects for a premium client base, with a focus on high-end luxury design, interiors, architecture, and property markets. Responsibilities include creating graphics and layouts, following style guides and creative briefs, and responding to client and creative feedback. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and AfterEffects, is required. The initial position will be based in the Cremorne studio, but flexible working arrangements can be discussed once the candidate is familiar with the workflow.

• Demonstrated enthusiasm and adeptness in swift and efficient work
• Proven expertise in brand development and maintenance
• Ability to prioritize deadlines
• Ability to follow style guides and creative briefs
• Acute attention to detail
• Proficiency in designing for digital marketing platforms (web, social media, EDM)
• Proficiency in designing print materials (brochures, posters, and flyers)
• Effective time management skills and a deadline-driven work ethic
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and AfterEffects

Other Information

Qualifications:

• 3 years+ of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working with Squarespace or similar web platforms
• A portfolio showcasing your body of work
