Job Description

Super Sense Coaching is looking for an ambitious Social Media and Marketing Specialist to help develop the company brand and to interact with potential customers. This position requires that you have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works, including how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You will be responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” our services by providing support to current and prospective customers. This position will grow along with the company, providing you with professional development and higher income opportunities. As such, the ideal candidate will consider this as a long-term employment opportunity.

Requirements

• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Extroverted, Caring, Motivational Speaker, and Detail Oriented
• Minimum commitment of 1 year
• Fluent in English
• Preferred: Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
• Preferred: Knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Business, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Collaborate with Coach Dragonberg and other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Additional Information

• Hybrid Remote Position - must be able to work in person a minimum of 3 days per week.
• Pay: From $25.00 per hour
• Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
• Benefits: Flexible schedule
• Schedule: 4 hour shift Monday to Friday
