Job Description

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. They will create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, monitor channels for customer inquiries, and analyze social media data to track performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. The Social Media Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in using Google Suite for collaboration and productivity
  • Knowledge of e-commerce principles and strategies for driving online sales through social media
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing concepts and techniques
  • Experience in content creation for various social media platforms
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Hootsuite
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Ability to analyze social media data using analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Information

Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and experience managing online communities or influencer partnerships are a plus.
