Job Description

Keliomics is seeking a self-driven and creative Graphic Designer and Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of Keliomics, creating compelling presentation materials, and managing our social media presence. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our growing startup.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

  • Develop visually compelling and consistent graphics for various digital and print materials
  • Design eye-catching visuals for social media posts, website content, and marketing materials
  • Collaborate with marketing and scientific teams to translate complex scientific information into layperson-accessible materials
  • Ensure alignment with brand identity and messaging

Social Media Management:

  • Create content for social media platforms
  • Generate eye-catching graphics and content to highlight research, technology, achievements, and company culture
  • Engage with online community and respond to inquiries and comments

Requirements

  • B.A. in a related field (graphic design, visual communication design, digital art & design, etc.)
  • Proficiency in preferred tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Sketch
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and experience growing a social media presence
  • Proven experience with social media metrics/analytics
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Current design portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects across both print and digital mediums
