Job Description
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and designs for various platforms and mediums. They will collaborate with clients or team members to understand project requirements and objectives, develop concepts and layouts, and use digital art techniques and tools to create original designs and illustrations. They will also apply art direction principles, present design ideas to clients, and collaborate with web developers to create user-friendly web designs. Additionally, they may assist with sign manufacturing and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of digital art principles and techniques
- Knowledge of web design principles, including HTML5 and CSS3
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
Other Information
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Pay: $19.75 - $22.10 per hour
- Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
- Benefits: 401(k), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Paid time off
- Schedule: 4 hour shift, 8 hour shift
