Job Description

Grub Limited is seeking a self-starting social media manager to work approximately two days a week. The role will initially focus on the brand development and buzz creation for Freddie’s Deli, a new restaurant opening in Belsize Park. The manager will later transition to managing both Freddie’s Deli and Raw Press, a plant-based juice bar and coffee shop.

The successful applicant will be responsible for growing engaged followers, creating video and photographic content, managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X), graphic design and editing, building community and engagement, and telling the stories of the brands. The role may involve working from home, but regular creation of content at both sites is expected.

Requirements

• Proven ability to grow engaged followers for another brand, preferably in a similar or adjacent industry
• Marketing expertise, preferably in social media, brand development, advertising, or journalism
• Creative and out-of-the-box approach to cutting through clutter
• Impeccable copywriting abilities
• Artistic eye for creating compelling video and photographic content
• Graphic design and editing skills
• Effective communication with customers, staff, suppliers, and influencers
• Passion for food and drink
• Ability to work quickly and productively

Additional Information

• The role reports to co-owner Amelia Graham, a freelance copywriter with experience in marketing and social media for brands like Planet Organic and LYMA
