Job Description

We are looking for a ‘Social Media Professional’ to work, initially, part time, within the scaffolding and building industry. As the ‘Social Media Manager’ at CS Scaffolding, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to promote CS Scaffolding’s brand, services, and product within the scaffolding industry
• Create and manage engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube)
• Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, comments, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor and analyze social media trends, competitors, and industry standards to optimize engagement and reach
• Generate and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery
• Collaborate with CS Management to align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives
• Stay updated with new platforms, tools, and trends in social media marketing and identify relevant opportunities for our business

Requirements

• Proven experience as a ‘Social Media Manager’ or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
• Familiarity with the scaffolding/building industry and knowledge of relevant industry trends preferred though not essential
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Analytical skills to track and measure social media metrics
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Professionalism and attention to detail
• Degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred

Additional Information

• Salary: £14.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 12 per week
