Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced marketer to lead our marketing department. You’ll be responsible for setting specific objectives to develop a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy for our company. As well as marketing business-to-business and attending networking events. You will be part of our marketing dream team and take responsibility for planning and executing marketing activities to develop and maintain awareness of our brand, maximize revenues, and drive traffic. This position involves designing digital marketing campaigns, performing market research, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels. Ultimately, you should be able to increase our market share and ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Set specific marketing goals
• Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
• Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic
• Analyze sales and marketing metrics
• Forecast market trends
• Research, brainstorm, and develop ideas for the market to identify new opportunities
• Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and products
• Address advertising needs, content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.
• Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
• Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
• Liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency
• Establish a strong, long-term web presence
• Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive and financial analysis
• Perform other duties when needed
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Marketing strategist or Marketing manager
• Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)
• In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
• Understanding of web design
• Measure, analyze, and report on marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Effective writing, speaking, presenting, and active listening skills
• Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, clients, and customers where applicable
• Strong analytical skills
• Team management skills
• Comfortable in high-pressure and fast-paced environments
• Great organization, time management, and prioritization abilities

Additional Information:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
