Job Description:

Electronic Arts Inc. is seeking an Experience Designer for their EA SPORTS College Football team in Orlando, FL. The designer will be responsible for creating brand and graphic design elements for College Ultimate Team. They will collaborate with a team to design themes for programs and prioritize tasks to meet content scheduling requirements. The designer will also work with cross-disciplinary teams to develop design solutions that align with business goals and technical limitations. Additionally, the designer should have a knowledge of the American football audience and its games as a service/live service model.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in design, marketing, or related studies
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design or visual design
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software
• Experience with Figma, Miro, and other collaborative tools (preferred)
• Understanding of composition, grid, color theory, typography, and layout design
• Ability to present cohesive design approaches and iterate based on feedback
• Knowledge of football and video games (beneficial, but not required)
• 3D and motion graphics experience (helpful, but not required)
• Portfolio or work samples showcasing unique and original designs
• Marketing, social media, and ad design experience (bonus)

Additional Information:

This is a hybrid role located in Orlando, FL. The candidate would be required to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
