Job Description:

We have a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for Part-Time working hours! We, at Finelight Media Group, are one of the industry’s leading B2B Media Agencies, with offices in both the UK & USA. Video Editor – The role:

  • Editing and delivering video assets for Finelight Media Group and its customers.
  • Working alongside the design team on all projects that require video.
  • Complete post-production tasks for projects such as colour balancing, encoding, and subtitling.
  • Supporting the team with uploading content to Frame.io, Vimeo, and YouTube to ensure access to footage and delivered files.
  • Researching original images, music, and video content as support material to video shoots.

Requirements:

Video Editor – Candidate Essential skills:

  • Proficient user of Adobe Creative Suite – particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects & Adobe Audition.
  • Knowledge of video compression and optimisation for web video.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as you will be liaising directly with clients and salespeople.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and manage the expectations of those involved.

Video Editor – Preferred skills:

  • Experience in camera operation.
  • Experience in live video streaming and Podcasting.
  • Knowledge in graphic design – use of Illustrator and Photoshop.
