Job Description

Pike Street Press is seeking a Graphic Designer for our Letterpress Studio. As a small, family owned company, we are committed to showcasing the PNW through design and providing premium print and design products to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for various design tasks including setting up press files, designing products and internal branded items, editing and proofing files, and editing products on our website. A “team player” attitude is key to success in this role, and the position is an in-person job.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Experience in graphic design (4 years required)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (4 years required)
• Experience with design for letterpress printing (preferred)
• Ability to set up press files, design products, catalogs, and upload website items

Other Information

• This is a temporary part-time or ongoing freelance position
• Non-disclosure, non-compete, and work-for-hire agreements will be signed prior to employment

• Pay ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
• Expected hours are 16 per week
