Job Description:
The Learning Material Design role involves collaborating with the Learning Strategy and Design Team to create engaging and compelling visual content for training materials, presentations, creative multimedia asset creation, and learning resources. The main responsibilities include translating complex concepts into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics, utilizing advanced Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills to create high-quality graphics and layouts, enhancing PowerPoint presentations with visually impactful design elements, ensuring all design work aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity, developing interactive and multimedia elements for learning modules, quickly adapting to new design challenges and project requirements, and working closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other team members to gather insights and requirements for effective visual communication. The role also includes receiving and incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design solutions and staying informed about the latest Creative Cloud updates and incorporating new features into design workflows.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint design and presentation layout
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality design work
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent English communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Design Agency, eLearning companies, or a Publishing environment
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Experience in designing for educational or training content is a plus
