Job Description
The Digital Social Media and Marketing Manager at Lanelay Hall is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance the brand’s online presence. This includes managing social media channels, creating engaging content, running advertising campaigns, and analyzing data to measure marketing effectiveness.
The main tasks of the role include:
- Create captivating organic social media content
- Manage paid social advertising
- Set up and monitor strategic campaigns on social media platforms
- Generate and send out targeted email campaigns
- Update and maintain the website
- Carry out AB testing of organic posts
- Analyze long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy
- Stay up to date with social media trends and digital technologies
- Create monthly reports on emerging social media trends
- Set measurable goals for campaigns and measure ROI
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social media
- Manage budget for social media promotion and PPC advertising
- Analyze and track organic and paid efforts on all platforms
- Manage digital marketing including PPC, SEO, paid social, and retargeting initiatives
- Manage voucher sales platforms
- Organize campaign launches, photoshoots, and content filming
- Analyze and interpret data using platforms such as Google Analytics
- Meet with stakeholders, such as social media influencers, to pitch marketing campaigns
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- At least 2 years of marketing experience
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe
- Experience using social channels like Facebook and Instagram at a business level
- Experience with web analytics and Google Analytics
- A track record of increasing traffic through digital marketing while driving improved ROI
- Experience in website management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
- Knowledge of algorithms and search engine optimization
- Experience in SEO techniques, online marketplaces, and email marketing
- Ability to write original, high-quality content
Additional Information
Contract type: Full-time Temporary (up to 12 months)
Hours of work: 40 hours per week (5 days out of 7)
Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: At least 1 year of social media marketing, Google Analytics, and SEO experience
