Job Description:

We are currently seeking to hire an enthusiastic, dedicated Social Media & Marketing Associate to join our team. This role will be based at our Downtown Nashville location but the candidate must be willing to work at the Cool Springs and Murfreesboro locations as well. This role has dual responsibilities working in our cafe 20+ hours/week and supporting our social media and marketing/business development platform 5-15 hours/week remotely.

Job Requirements, Skill Sets & Experience:

Support and work closely with the Social Media Manager for the following:

• Social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
• Develop social media marketing campaigns
• Interact with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measure a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
• Leverage LinkedIn as a sales tool to build out our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
• Develop digital marketing campaigns via our CRM
• Drive new customer relationships and support additional revenue streams through reaching out to customers and taking orders

Should be familiar with or have experience with the following software and platforms:

• Canva
• Later
• Powerpoint
• Microsoft Excel
• Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Customer Review Platforms (Google, Yelp, Trip Advisor)
• Shopify
• HubSpot
