Job Description: Editorial & Social Media Manager
This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity in KPMG’s International Standards Group (ISG) communications team. The role involves producing guidance on changes in the global corporate reporting landscape, managing social media activity, editing and proofreading content, and overseeing editorial tool usage.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and proofread content to ensure compliance with the house style, brand guidelines, and policies
- Manage and publish content on corporate reporting, sustainability reporting, financial reporting, and auditing
- Take ownership of the in-house style guide and make decisions for updates
- Manage the editorial tool (currently PerfectIT) and external typesetters
- Manage the KPMG IFRS showcase page on LinkedIn and social media content calendar
- Monitor LinkedIn comments and questions and respond accordingly
- Oversee campaign execution from conception to launch
- Measure impact, learn, and adjust strategies
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external communications
- Native-level proficiency in spoken and written English
- Strong project management skills and ability to work with global teams
- Effective stakeholder management and conflict resolution
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and professional editorial tools
- Experience in developing social media content and familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter
