Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics to optimize campaigns across various channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing concepts including social media marketing, branding, and e-commerce strategies.
- Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Advertising is preferred.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track performance metrics.
- Knowledge of photography principles is a plus for creating original visual content.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Duties
- Develop and execute engaging social media content across platforms including Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and managing social media accounts efficiently.
- Conduct SEO and keyword research to enhance content visibility and engagement.
- Monitor social listening metrics to gauge audience sentiment and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to create visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Analyze web analytics through Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Engage in public relations efforts by building relationships with influencers and media outlets to promote brand awareness.
- Manage e-commerce initiatives by integrating social media strategies that drive online sales.
- Create compelling video content for social media platforms, utilizing video editing skills to enhance storytelling.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, branding consistency, and adherence to company guidelines before publication.
