Job Description
We are looking for a creative, dynamic social media guru to join our team in New Braunfels, Texas. As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social strategies across platforms to build our clients’ online communities and expand their social presence.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
- Create engaging text, image, and video content tailored for each platform and audience
- Monitor social conversations and respond promptly to comments, queries, and feedback
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies and content calendars to achieve client goals
- Track and analyze account analytics and generate reports to optimize content
- Stay on top of social media best practices, trends, and tools
- Collaborate with sales, creative, and client success teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience managing social platforms for business clients
- Excellent written communication skills and creative aptitude
- Strong knowledge of each social platform’s algorithm and best practices
- Ability to communicate complex data and insights clearly
- Experience with social media analytics tools
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously
- An obsession for all things social media and a desire to stay up to speed on the ever-changing social media landscape
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of online community-building and engagement strategies
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising tools and audience targeting
- Google Analytics and social media analytics
- Graphic design, photo, and video production skills
- Experience monitoring online reviews and reputation

Compensation:
This position is a contract-to-hire role beginning at $25 / hour ($52,000 annual equivalent).
