Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Create compelling content showcasing the brewery, events, and beer offerings.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful conversations.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with brand objectives.
• Attend brewery events to capture content and interact with customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts in beverage or hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated ability to increase follower base and engagement through content planning.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for storytelling and fostering connections.
• Creative eye for design and content creation, proficiency in photography and graphic design.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for craft beer, genuine enthusiasm for engaging with the community.
• Must be able to shoot videos and content onsite 1-2 times a week.
