Job Description

At Accurate Automotive, we are setting the standard and expectation of how auto repair should be! We are looking for someone outgoing, driven, motivated, and ready to support our small business on social media, marketing, and growing our company. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Creating and managing social media content calendar
• Monitoring social media platforms for trends, news, and feedback
• Responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns
• Analyzing social media data and generating reports on performance metrics
• Filming, editing, and posting content on major social media platforms

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
• Proficiency in SEO techniques for optimizing social media content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
• Knowledge of public relations principles and strategies
• Familiarity with web analytics tools to track social media performance
• Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
• Photography skills to create visually appealing content
• Ability to conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience

Other Information

• Job types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: $42,204.64 - $75,000.00 per year
• Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
