Job Description

We are seeking a LOCAL talented and creative Freelance Designer. As a Freelance Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and collaborate with our commercial real estate brokerage team. This position is a work-from-home position requiring an average of 15-20 hours per week.

• Update building floor plans and tenant layouts using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
• Coordinate and manage the design and production of brochures, print ads, eblasts, etc.
• Update various websites with current leasing information/photos/floor plans.
• Ensure the Kucera brand is consistently maintained across websites, office messaging, email signatures, business cards, and marketing materials.
• Capture photos and videos of marketing suites on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

• Efficient with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
• Experience managing website content, email marketing, collateral design.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with Premiere Pro and video editing preferred.
• Experience with CoStar, LoopNet, MailChimp, and Expression Engine preferred.
