Job Description

• Operating screen printing machine to print designs on various materials
• Preparing screens by coating them with emulsion and exposing them to UV light
• Mixing and preparing inks according to color specifications
• Folding, packing, barcoding, shipping, and inventory management
• Loading and unloading materials onto the printing press
• Monitoring print quality and making adjustments as needed
• Cleaning and maintaining printing equipment and work area

Requirements

• Prior screen printing experience or a strong background in Adobe Illustrator
• Attention to detail and ability to understand complex tasks thoroughly
• Fast learner and self-taught when faced with unfamiliar tasks
• Love for learning new things and taking on challenges
• Patience, calmness under pressure, and a positive attitude
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation to work and ability to work well in a team

Other Information

• This is a part-time position with the potential to become full-time
• Pay range: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
• Location: In person at Lufkin, TX 75901
