Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator (Graphic Design and Social Media) at Historic Salisbury Foundation will be responsible for ensuring consistent and widespread messaging and branding. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders to promote Foundation events and goals through various marketing channels.

Key responsibilities include programmatic, direct, and product marketing through social media, eblasts, press releases, website updates, and collateral design. The position also involves enhancing the Foundation’s online presence by creatively reaching a diverse demographic.

This part-time position requires approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility in work hours between Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. The coordinator may need to work extended hours during special events, including evenings and weekends, and will be based in the office.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must be proficient in using Adobe InDesign or similar software for marketing collateral and publications with professional graphic design skills. They should possess at least 3 years of marketing experience, be creative, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a team environment.

Candidates should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and professional presentation. Prior experience working with non-profit organizations is preferred.

Other Information
