Job Description:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads
• Design, schedule, and post PGPA’s social media notifications using: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform and target audience
• Provide monthly analytic reports on platform effectiveness to the PGPA Executive Management Team
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly
• Monitor online reviews and reputation management
• Support various business facets based on abilities
• Schedule, edit, review, and post monthly newsletters
• Attend client meetings and report to General Manager
• Submit weekly timesheets and participate in the sales commission program
• Participate in health & safety program and Day-of-Event activities
• Follow company policies, procedures, and training requirements
• Provide feedback and recommendations on company directives and support business goals
• Solicit golfers & event sponsors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field desired
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies
• Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience in the golf industry is a plus!

• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay: From $17.50 per hour
• Expected hours: 4 - 10 per week
